Bicycling fundraiser at Duke of Connaught school Sat. Sept. 12, 2015

If you have a child 2 to 12 you will be interested in the bicycling fundraiser at Duke of Connaught tomorrow, Sat. Sept. 12.

It will support the new Noah John Winston Miles Foundation which honours a local boy who passed away at a young age. See the post from January 2015.

That sinking feeling on Gerrard east of Greenwood

When I saw this, wondered if it’s because it’s on the west bank of the Ashbridge’s Creek, now buried underground. TTC tweeted earlier today Labour Day that all is back to normal for 506 streetcar.

Construction crews are working to repair a large sinkhole that opened on Gerrard St., just east of Greenwood Ave.
The sinkhole is being linked to a water main break that occurred in the area.
